2003 John Deere 9986 Cotton Picker Stock # 74  SOLD

* Cotton Picker is equipped with 4 new 20.8 42 Firestone R1 tires.
*  1493 Fan Hours,  1134 Engine Hours 

  • Took out all spindles in front drums and replaced with new spindle nut assemblies.
  • Took bad spindles out of back drums and replaced them with good used spindle assemblies.
  • Replaced clear and green water lines from machine to units.
  • Replaced clear moisture column top housings.
  • Replaced water lines in unit cabinets and lines going to moisture column tips.
  • Took out and repaired bars with stripped gears on spindle shafts.
  • Took old pads off moisture columns.
  • Checked alignment and put on new pads,.
  • Replaced plastic liners on height sensor shoes.
  • Replaced all gaskets on unit inspection doors.
  • Took all doffers out and put new doffer stalks in front drum and good used ones in rear.
  • Took out old crop fan and put in new “California” fan.
  • Put new decals on all units.
  • Replaced bottom seal on #3 gear box.
  • Took basket extension off and replaced lower front top channel.
  • Painted basket extension.
  • Replaced front channel bumpers and put extensions back on basket.
  • Replaced two lower front basket screens.
  • Put a kit in big cylinder for basket extension.
